Two weeks ago we went to Mesquite Nevada with Sean's cousins Jeff and Lindsay. It was a very eventful trip! On the way down we found out Sean needed new tires on his car and were told we might DIE while driving to Beaver where they had a store that was big enough to have them instock. So we drove 60 MPH with Semis passing us for an hour and a half to Beaver where we had to stay the night until the store opened. Needless to say, the man exaggerated just a bit and we werent as close to dying as we thought we were!
Then we couldnt check in when we got there because of the delay so we sat out by the pool in our clothes, until it started to RAIN! We finally got checked into theVIRGIN RIVER (in one room! he he) and headed to Jeff's favorite part, the buffet! We got one good day in where it wasnt raining and snuck into the pool at the nicer hotel (because there were dirty band-aids and long black hairs in ours!)
One night we drove down to Las Vegas and met up with one of my college room mates, Adria, and her husband Mike. It was so good to see them and we had a great time catching up! We went to dinner then they gave us the grand tour of the town! We saw the Billagio show probably 10 times! And walked around Ceasars Palace. Good old Vegas!
Then Lindsay got really sick just in time for the car ride home! However, even though this was one of the mose eventful trips I have been on in a long time, we had a great time with Jeff and Lindsay!
